🛍 About Orders

Q1: How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday evenings or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Q2: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t yet entered the packaging or shipping stage, we may still be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at earneylinvillet171839@hotmail.com and include your order number.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

Q4: I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your Spam or Promotions folders and verify that your email address was entered correctly at checkout. If you still can’t locate the confirmation, contact our support team and we’ll resend it promptly.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q5: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states (including Hawaii and Alaska)

  • Canada, Australia, the UK, and select EU countries

To confirm availability for your location, please enter your ZIP/postal code at checkout or contact us directly.

Q6: How long does shipping take?

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Q7: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also log into your account at any time to view your order status.

Q8: My package says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.
Please double-check the following:

  • Was it accepted by a neighbor, building manager, or front desk?

  • Was it left at your mailbox, doorstep, or parcel locker?

If you still can’t locate your package, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q9: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. Please refer to our detailed Return Policy for more information.

Q10: What items are non-returnable?
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Opened beauty or hygiene items (for safety reasons)

Q11: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., wrong color or changed mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Q12: When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q13: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please take clear photos and email us at earneylinvillet171839@hotmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will review your claim within 24 hours and arrange a replacement or refund.

Q14: Do your products come with a warranty?
Our textiles and home décor items are crafted to the highest standards, but they do not carry a formal warranty. For any quality concerns, please contact us — we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

Q15: Do you accept discount codes?
Yes! Enter your valid promo code during checkout in the “Discount Code” field. Please note that some offers cannot be combined.

Q16: Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely. You can mark your order as a gift at checkout, and we’ll remove price tags and provide simple, elegant gift-ready packaging where possible.
